2017 Route Development Plan (Large file)
This study was completed to evaluate potential long-term improvements to the corridor and their associated costs to assist with project planning and programming. The Safer Seward Highway project was established based on the recommendations from this study to address urgent safety needs and capitalize on record federal funding levels.
